Land & Water Activities
We will have a wide variety of planned and unplanned activities over the course of the week-end. Come prepared for bonfires, soccer games, yoga, tennis, lawn games, volley ball, board games, hikes, etc. If you have little ones, there is a great playground by the cabins that should keep them occupied for quite some time!
There is also an excellent waterfront to enjoy! Ton-A-Wandah's lake is stream fed and is clear and cold…perfect for a sunny afternoon swim, canoe or paddleboard. There is also a diving board and a 3-lane waterslide for more adventurous souls. A designated shallow area is also a great safe place for smaller children to practice in the water. Keep your fingers crossed that we'll have some warm weather to enjoy all this!!

Staying at Camp
Camp Ton-A-Wandah is built to house up to 300 campers and staff, so there is plenty of room for everyone!
Each cabin is completely screened in, can house up to 10 people, and is equipped with 2 toilets and 2 sinks. There will be a Men's and Women's shower house to use over the week-end.
Please take note that you'll need to bring your own pillows, sheets and blankets / sleeping bags. For those of you coming from far away, please let us know if this is a problem and we can provide bedding for you.
For those of you coming with children, we will put you in "stand alone" cabins so that you can have privacy for your family. All the rest of you...we'll try to group you with folks you know and you'll get the chance to relive your youth, bunk beds and all. :)

Dining at Camp
Come prepared to eat well and enjoy the unique dining hall at Camp Ton-A-Wandah!
The dining hall has the unique feature of sitting at eye level with the lake. The lake flows under the dining hall creating a pleasant cooling breeze and the continuous sound of the waterfall below.
We'll be treating you all to a bbq cook-out (with veg sides) on Friday night, a light breakfast Saturday morning and large brunch on Saturday afternoon after the wedding. We'll also provide a light breakfast on Sunday morning. The only meal you'll need to buy is Saturday night and for this meal, we're having a local food truck park at camp so that you can sample some of the amazing culinary delights that is the Asheville food truck scene.
And of course...we'll have delicious local beers, local kombucha, and non-alcoholic drinks for everyone to enjoy.
For anyone who is needing more / different food, there is also the option to travel to nearby Flat Rock or Hendersonville where food options abound.
